On Friday Sep 18th, 2026 (after 5:00 PM EDT) an InSight™ Track and Trace service pack is planned. Users can subscribe to receive status alerts for InSight updates here: http://status.opsecsecurity.com.
The InSight portal https://insight.opsecsecurity.com may be unavailable to users for a few minutes during this time. Degradation of system performance during the maintenance window is possible. Availability of shipment records in InSight (limited only to those processed in MAS 500) may be slightly delayed as well.
